The house is available all year at a rental of £550 per week.

Lets are from Saturday to Saturday although, depending on availability, shorter lets and alternative start days may be considered.

When booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable. The balance of the fee is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of hire. In the event of cancellation by the hirer 8 weeks or more before the commencement of hire the deposit may be transferred to another available period within the same calendar year or will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of commencement of hire, the hirer will be liable for the full rental fee if the owners are unable to let the hired property subsequently for the same period. Where a booking is confirmed less than 8 weeks before the commencement of hire the full rental fee should be submitted at the time of booking.

A separate cheque for £250 to cover damage should be enclosed with the booking fee. This will be returned at the end of the hire

Electricity is payable by the unit at the end of the hire.

We request that the house is left clean and tidy and that breakages are paid for.

We regret that we do not accept pets.
